We are happy to invite you to our next Women in Project Management Austria get-together.
This time, we would like to explore a question that many professionals can relate to: When do we feel ready for the next step?
In this session, we will talk about confidence, self-selection, job applications, and career opportunities in project management. Why do some capable professionals hesitate to apply or step forward? What role do workplace culture, expectations, and self-perception play? And what can help us take the next step with more confidence?

Practical details:

Format: Casual afterwork meeting. One participant will introduce the topic with a short impulse of around five minutes, followed by an open discussion where we can share experiences, questions, and perspectives in a relaxed setting.
