The high importance of defining the objectives of a project during the initiation phase was something the attendees of the Stammtisch agreed upon. While in big international organizations this is usually done successfully, smaller entities too should focus and invest more time in defining the objectives, as it makes project success easier and helps the project team to work towards a common goal. Taking measures is an important part of making sure to reach these objectives.
