Nine attended the virtual Stammtisch that was held using Microsoft Teams. The topic of discussion was “ Maturity Level”. There are more than 20 different Maturity Assessment models that can be used to help an organisation promote good project management practices. A model is best used as a guide by the PMO and to assess the project managers and teams awareness of and adherence to existing processes. If an organisation decides to upscale the maturity level then this should be treated as a project in its own right and needs to have an executive sponsor to ensure alignment with its strategy / mission and the correct level of commitment.   Next Stammtisch will be virtual and held on Thursday 17th December 2020 starting at 19:30. The topic of discussion is “ How did the Pharma manage to shorten the vaccine development lifecycle?”.
