“Why do projects fail?” was the theme of our free for Chapter members event at the Erste Group Campus in Vienna in collaboration with PMI Hungary and Slovakia Chapters. The event was sponsored by Erste Group Procurement and supported by PMI European Office. Following an introduction and welcome by the Erste Group Procurement Head, the nine 6-minute presentations from the three Chapters started. The speakers took the 60 attendees on a journey through their experience on different reasons why project fail. Afterwards the attendees assessed the nine presenters and the top three received prizes contributed by the participating PMI Chapters. The PMI Hungary Chapter President then gave a presentation on PMI Transformation. It was a great event with excellent presentations.     Download 360 Presentations:
