In order to accomodate the needs of the attendees the topic was changed on the spot to 'pain points in IT projects'. One such pain point can be delays due to lack of sufficient knowledge of requirements at the beginning or changes of the same. IT projects usually use an agile approach to deal with these challenges in a more satisfying manner than the use of more traditional approaches would allow. Another important point to consider is that any delay or change will make the project run over planned budget. Therefore, it must be made clear from the outset who will cover these costs, the customer or the provider.
