We discussed approaches to managing projects while keeping green and sustainable goals in mind. The group explored how sustainability can be integrated from the very start of a project through eco-design and long-term planning. For hardware-related initiatives, we considered topics such as green materials, reparability, and CO₂ emissions reduction, along with other relevant sustainability considerations.

There was also a broader discussion about the growing market and economic potential of sustainability-oriented projects, including many environmental initiatives that are gaining traction and attracting further investment.

Participants shared examples of how they implement sustainable principles within their own project work. One attendee described their experience leading a circular-economy project from inception, highlighting challenges and lessons learned.

Overall, the Stammtisch provided a valuable forum for exchanging practical insights on making sustainability a core part of project management practice.
